Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of HardStresser. The service is strictly limited to lawful and authorized network performance testing.
Purpose of the Service
HardStresser provides IP Stresser and network performance testing tools for lawful and authorized testing only. The service may be used only on systems owned by the user or systems where the user has explicit permission to test.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using HardStresser, you agree that you will only run tests within a lawful and authorized scope. You are responsible for confirming that you own the tested system or have explicit permission from the system owner.
You must not use the service to test, overload, disrupt, scan, probe, or interfere with any third-party system without authorization.
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited: unauthorized third-party testing, service disruption, DDoS-for-hire activity, botnet activity, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, fraud, evasion of security controls, or any unlawful activity.
Any account involved in prohibited use may be suspended or terminated without notice. We may also preserve relevant records and cooperate with abuse handling processes where appropriate.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your account activity, test scope, test configuration, authorization, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
You must not share your account with unauthorized users or use false information to bypass policy enforcement.
Service Limits and Availability
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service to protect platform stability, prevent abuse, or comply with legal or registrar-related requirements.
Abuse Reports
If we receive an abuse report, we may review the reported account, usage records, test configuration, and related materials. Accounts or activity that violate this policy may be restricted.
Users must respond truthfully to abuse or compliance inquiries and provide supporting authorization materials when requested.
No Unlawful Service
HardStresser does not provide botnet, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized disruption, or DDoS-for-hire services. Any wording related to testing refers only to lawful, authorized network performance testing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
